You will be offered a choice of refund, credit or exchange. The goods must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached and receipt of purchase or reference of order number. The same conditions apply to sale goods. We aim to process returns within 12 hours of receiving the goods. All refunds exclude original postage costs unless a mistake has been made by us.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless we have made a mistake. In the event of us making a mistake with your order, please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on +44 1347 825 266 and we will arrange to have the order picked up by one of our couriers so you won't be charged.
RETURNING GOODS FROM OUTSIDE THE EU
When returning goods from outside of the EU, please be sure to clearly declare the goods as a return to the courier / postal service used. This will prevent your return being held by UK customs and allow us to process your return much quicker.
Failure to make a return declaration will result in the UK customs applying VAT, Duty and a handling fee which must be paid before the parcel is released. Unfortunately in this situation, we must deduct the charge form any refund given.
